With a few simple ingredients that you already have at home, this wonderful energy bomb can be created quickly. With the effect of ginger juice and lemon, this drink is the ultimate vitamin kick.
- half a lemon
- 1 to 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped ginger, alternatively organic ginger juice
Fill a large glass with hot, but not boiling, water. Boiling water would lose most of the great nutrients. Peel and coarsely chop the ginger, then add it to the jar. Instead of fresh ginger, you can also add Ben's Organic Ginger Juice in the form of a ginger shot. Wait a few minutes until the water is not quite so hot and add the juice of half a lemon.
After that, you can add the honey and stir until it is completely dissolved in the liquid. Finally, filter out the ginger pieces through a sieve.
